Refund and Cancellation Policy for “Iowa Diabetes” & “My Diabetes Home”

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the fairness and sustainability of our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our online video courses and 1-1 meal planning sessions.
Online Video Courses:
No refunds: Due to the immediate access to all course materials upon purchase, no refunds are offered for online video courses. Please carefully review the course description and preview videos before making a purchase.
1-1 Meal Planning Sessions:
- Cancellation with partial refund: Refunds for cancellations made over 14 days in advance will be issued at a 75% rate, while cancellations between 7 to 14 days prior to the session will qualify for a 50% refund.
- No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. This time frame allows us to prepare personalized materials and reserve the meal planning specialist’s time.
- Contact us cancellation: Cancellations must be made through the “Contact Us” section on our website or by sending an email to learn@mydiabeteshome.com. Cancellations made through phone calls or social media will not be processed.
How to reschedule
Session modifications: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but late changes may not be possible. Visit the Contact us section to reschedule your session.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to deny any refund or cancellation at our discretion in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Violation of our terms of service.
- Abuse of our refund policy.
